We have specialized, professional technicians that can provide affordable HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Drain Cleaning needs. Our goal is to provide installation, repair, and maintenance to keep your home running smoothly all year round.
Will you install the thermostat I bought online or at a local store?
Yes, we install all brands and models of thermostats including but not limited to HoneyWell, Emerson, ELECTECK, and more. We also install smart home solutions like Google Nest, Ecobee, Emerson Seni, and Mysa.

Is there a membership plan available for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Drain Cleaning?
Yes! We offer all inclusive plans to help with your everyday home repairs to emergency fixes. This includes services with HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Drain Cleaning. To learn more about the plans we offer, please visit our Total Care Club page.
Financing
Do you accept credit cards or financing options?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover. Also, to make it easier for our customers, we provide financing through Greensky.
What’s the cost to have an expert tech come to my home?
We charge a flat rate of $110 consultation fee to visit your home in the Tri-Cities. For customers signed up for one of Membership Plans, this fee is included at no extra charge. Additionally, the fee will be waived if a customer signs up for a Membership Plan at the time of service.
How expensive is a new heating and cooling system?
Unfortunately, the cost for a new heating and cooling system ranges greatly. They start at about $3,800 and go up to $10,000. Our expert techs in Tri-Cities TN, will guide you on finding a custom solution to your HVAC needs.
